A Reiki healing session is very gentle and relaxing. You do not need any special preparation, just come in, take off your shoes and glasses, shut off your phone and leave the world behind!
During your session . .
I will gently place my hands on your head, shoulders, arms, legs and feet and back. I may lightly place my hands body on the front torso area, but usually I work just above the area.
If you need work done on your back I will have you start laying on your stomach and then ask you to turn over onto your back. This allows you plenty of time to just relax and enjoy the session.
I will have some relaxing music playing softly. You will feel a deep relaxation and warmth and even though your eyes are closed you will have a sense of where I am working even if I am above and not touching your body.
We may talk /ask questions during your session or you might prefer to relax in complete silence, it’s up to you.
An individual Reiki treatment usually takes approximately one to one and a half hours.
