Whether you’ve been awake and on your journey for some time or are taking your first tentative steps know that kindred spirits are finding each other at a quickened pace.

You have probably already felt many changes in and around your life.  Take a moment to reflect on  who you were 5-10 years ago, or even one year ago, some of you might say you are so different you wouldn’t recognize yourself. We truly have come a long way and it’s not over yet!

I see wonderful, exciting, positive changes all around me that is manifesting a new way of being on this earth, and I see them happening every day – NOW!  Mankind isn’t waiting for tomorrow to move forward, we are doing it now in droves and I find that incredibly uplifting!

Here at Body Soul Apothecary I offer knowledge and insight through facilitating Quantum Healing Hypnosis using Dolores Cannons method of “spiritual” or “Past Life Regression“.

I also offer instruction and inspiration to my Reiki students and comfort and balance to those who come for Reiki Energy healing and Essence testing.

Lightworkers know that all healing is self healing.  No other person whether traditional or alternative can heal you, but a safe and non-judgmental space can be held, energies nudged, questions asked and insightful direction given that will lead you to your own healing.

Is it hard work?

………No, but it may require effort, aren’t you worth it?

Is it easy?

…………It can be effortless if you allow it.

Are you capable of healing yourself?

………You are the only person who has the capacity.
