These are a list of important links.  Some are friends who also walk the path of teaching and healing, others are places I visit for information and learning.

Gayle Redfern has written several interesting and informative books.  One of her earliestAyurveda Demystified,  is written for a westerner’s understanding of the very ancient system of  health called Ayurveda, which in Sanskrit means- “science of life”.  Gayle’s latest book, Ancient Wisdoms explores many of the earth’s ancient cultures, their mysteries and connections to each other and to us.  Gayle is also a very gifted psychic reader, channeler and I’m very happy to say, a very generous and helpful friend.

 Tamira  has been a good friend for at least 15 years and has always provided the push (read-PROD)  to assist me to bring my own knowledge out and share it with others.  Tamira is located in San Diego now (I miss her!)  where she brings her own magical flavor to everything she does, this is only a partial list of her many talents:   Astrologer, Healer, Usui and Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Yoga instructor, Past Life Regressor (Dolores Cannon Method), Karma Release workshop facilitator.
