Using the Dolores Cannon method:

Hypnosis is a very natural state of mind to enter. We are in trance at least two times a day, when we wake up and when we go to sleep, but actually we are in hypnotic trance many more times each day for instance; when we are doing mundane and repetitive tasks, day dreaming, driving, reading and watching TV.

Past Life Regression is a useful and relaxing method of accessing information about your soul journey in a light to moderate trance. In this state you are very focused and aware of everything around you, and you will remember most if not everything about the session.

During a one on one session


I first talk with you about your life and your reasons for the session. We will also discuss the list of questions you will bring perhaps adding new questions to the list.

I begin the session by settling you comfortably. Then I will begin the relaxing induction. Using your senses you will see how easy and natural visualization is. Once you start viewing the past life I will begin recording the session, giving you the tape to take with you at the end. The subconscious will take you to the most appropriate past life and I will be right there with you asking questions about the life to which you will reply.

When the lifetime has been explored I will contact what Dolores Cannon calls the Sub Conscious. There are many names for this part of us that is in constant contact with all knowledge about every life we have ever lived. You may term it the Higher Self, Source, God Self, The Collective Mind or just the Collective. This part of self has access to all knowledge and is capable of answering your questions and healing the body.

When the Sub Conscious has answered your questions, and any needed healing work has been completed I will bring you back to full wakefulness. You will feel refreshed, as though you've just had a nap. We will then discuss the information you received.

Each session will take from 2 to 3 hours, and sometimes longer, so please allow yourself extra time.
